Catching up on some pictures....nothing too exciting, just some days in the life of Cohen:
The end of March: Sometimes the old baby toys are way more fun than the new toys...even if you are too big for them!
A mid-April walk after the rain. Cohen loves being outside. It really doesn't even matter if it's cold, raining, night or day- he's pulling at the doorknob trying to get outside! Thank goodness the Grandparents like being outside too!
Playing in the puddles of the manhole. There's lots of stuff to look at in Liberty Center....
An old red truck here in town. Cohen's facinated by it. I don't really know who it belongs to but hopefully they don't mind us checking it out cuz it's his favorite.
Discovering dandelions. It was pretty innocent discovery this day. Now he likes to rip the tops off in an angry manner and then try to eat them. I think he gets that from Grandpa Miller- the anger towards them, not the eating them.
Throwing rocks down the storm drain. We could do this for hours if mommy would let us.
And another favorite pasttime: sitting in boxes. Or in pots. Anything that he is almost too big to fit it, we have to try and squirm and squish until we are sitting completely contained in the item. It's actually pretty entertaining really.
This was during Cohen's like 10 day long vomiting-diahhera ordeal. The doctor kept telling us he was okay- nothing serious...but he was pretty pathetic and mommy was pretty sick of him being sick...and then he really did get almost all of us sick as well. But he was just so pathetic I had to capture the moment on film. Look at the poor thing.

Playing with his new wooden stacking blocks...on the couch for some reason. He loves all these stacking/nesting cups/blocks. And he's pretty good with them too...I wonder what life skill we are stimulting: construction? destruction?
And one last one from Memorial Day weekend. I just couldn't believe how big he looked standing in front of the TV- he is almost 18 months in this picture...really, where does the time go?
